1. Service Description

Ventus Dynamics provides an online thermal analysis tool for residential buildings. The calculations are based on EN 12831 (heat loss) and ASHRAE (heat gain) methodologies and are intended to help homeowners and professionals estimate a building's heating and cooling requirements.

2. Service Tiers

  • Single Room (Free): a complete heat loss and heat gain analysis for a single room. Available without payment or registration.
  • Full Report: a room-by-room thermal analysis for the entire building, including a downloadable PDF report and a shareable report link. One-time payment processed through Paddle. Pricing varies by region — see our pricing page for current rates.
  • Guided Call: a 15-minute phone call where we walk you through the calculator step by step, ensuring all data is entered correctly. Includes the Full Report. Available in Serbia only.
  • On-Site Visit: we visit your property, take all measurements, and produce the complete report for you. Available in Serbia only.

3. Intended Use

Ventus Dynamics is designed for informational purposes to help you understand the heating and cooling requirements of your home. Our calculations are estimates based on the data you provide and standardized engineering methods. Results should be used as a reference when consulting with qualified HVAC professionals and should not replace a professional on-site assessment.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we use engineering-grade calculation methods (EN 12831 and ASHRAE standards), the accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of the data you provide. Ventus Dynamics is not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete input data.
  • Purchasing or design decisions made based on our calculations without independent professional verification.
  • Any damages, costs, or losses arising from the use of our service.

We strongly recommend verifying our results with a qualified HVAC professional before making purchasing or design decisions.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Paid services are available as one-time payments processed through Paddle. Pricing varies by region and service tier — see our pricing page for current rates.

6. Intellectual Property

The Ventus Dynamics calculation methodology, software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Reports generated for you are for your personal use and may be shared with HVAC professionals for the purpose of obtaining quotes.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate building data to the best of your knowledge.
  • Do not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the calculation engine or other system components.
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose: residential thermal analysis.

8. Data and Privacy

Your building data and calculation results are stored locally in your browser. We do not maintain a server-side database of your calculations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventus Dynamics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
